At Gratnells Jena focuses on strengthening partnerships with major dealers and manufacturers, supporting national education projects, and bringing clear market insight into new product development and US‑manufactured solutions. She plays a key role in how Gratnells supports organised, adaptable learning spaces across classrooms, labs and specialist environments, combining commercial clarity with a designer’s eye for how environments influence outcomes.
